LOCAL PURCHASES

Ussuri Brown Bear offers nationwide and international tracked shipping on all orders.

Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery in the North Island and 1-3 working days in the South Island. Your order will be processed within 2 working days of receiving your confirmation email.

Please note there may be a delay of 1-2 working days when an order is placed on a public holiday.

 

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

Your order may be subject to import taxes/duties and clearance fees upon arrival into the destination country.

You are liable for any international import duties, customs & local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. These taxes and duties may need to be paid in order to release your order from customs on arrival into your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Australia from $9.95 (2 - 5 working days)

Asia / Pacific from $35 (2 - 7 working days)

USA from $35 (2 - 7 working days)

UK from $35 (2 - 7 working days)

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

All shipping times are valid from receiving your confirmation email.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return any product, with the exception of sale/discounted items or jewellery within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labelling must be returned also. 

Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless in the rare event in which they are faulty. 

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
